Hi ,

I'm interested but will have to wait until a few weeks. I'm having some problems right now. But I need to start some kind of exercise program and then I would need all the encouragement I could get. lol

I think you have a great idea, I like the book thing also.

Take care,

Love

Lu

and encourage each other. Just a thought. I don't know if it would help anyone else, but I'm having a hard time starting.

Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

committed, and I do exercise, but I am always falling

off the wagon, as it were, and it takes me a little

time to get re- committed! At the moment I am trying

to do my back exercises - these really help if I am

consistent! I do pelvic tilts and crunches. I also

try to do my triceps and biceps with one or two pound

weights. Maybe two sets of twelve reps. Then I aim to

do ten minutes on the exercise bike three times a day.

Anything on top of that is a bonus!!! No I forgot to

mention stretching. This is very important, I stretch

after the aerobic part. Of course if you are in a

cold climate you must warm up first, and if you are

having any pain its a good idea to ice afterwards.

I find the best way to exercise is to choose something

you feel you can stick to, also to vary your routine,

this makes your muscles work better, and its less

boring! Music always helps, too. Also writing down

what you have done helps, and you can see how much you

improve (or not!)

OK, can we have someone elses input, too?

Lots of love, Liz

shoes, like Heidi, Glenda, and , I can't benefit when I kick my own butt, because I just get the heel. Oh well!

Hey ,

I'm sure if you would like a pair of pointy shoes we might be able to round you up a pair. :)

Great, Ann and Liz! Welcome aboard!

It'll be great to have each others' support as we work towards being

healthier. Thank you for your interest and commitment!

I guess since I started this, I have to follow through! :0 That's

great, a kick in the butt for me! Problem is, if I have pointy

shoes, like Heidi, Glenda, and , I can't benefit when I kick

my own butt, because I just get the heel. Oh well!

Hi - count me in too. I'll commit to three times a week, walking at least 20 minutes each time. Thanks for getting me motivated!
