It is wonderful news that you don't have cancer, but when you say you

are post-op, but you have drains, you've totally confused me.

Did you have the MGB or just a liver biopsy? Or did you have some other

surgery?

Kind regards,

I'm so relieved that you don't have any cancer. My Mother-in-law is

fighting liver cancer and it's such a difficult illness. I hope you

are feeling better soon. It sounds like you have a wonderful, caring,

surgeon. Best Wishes.

I had the Gastric Bypass surgery, as well as 3 liver biopsy's. I have a JP

drain for fluid and a G drain (I think) that's capped off. They will come

out when I see Dr Shirkora on the 30th.

My incision is 8inches long, the visiting nurse (she's changing the

dressings) measured it! Ouch Ouch Ouch

I will write more later, now its beddybye time.

Love you all,

Hugs and Blessings,

Rose

Whew! Did you have an RNY with Dr. Shikora? (What type of gastric

bypass was it?)

Oooh, sounds really awful. I hope you are recovering well from it.
