Take them with you. had to get another EKG done at the hospital because the copy in the hospital's file had her name partly cut off by the fax and they wouldn't use it. Others have been told the hospital " can't find " various records. I can't imagine anything worse than getting this far -- packet done, insurance approved, surgery scheduled, travelling there -- only to get screwed up by some missing piece of medical history that you could have brought with you.
