Thank you! I have red hair too, so I'm assuming/hoping that Jake's

is for life!

It sounds like we have the same stickers! (but I got mine from

ebay). It came with a sheet of numbers and also an MLB sticker to

make a batting helmet (I'll post more pics soon). My hubby was born

in Ann Arbor and lived there until he was 8, but is still a diehard

Detroit sports fan. I'm from Pittsburgh (did you see his Steelers

helmet?), so I gave in to the Detroit Tigers (I draw the line with

the Lions), but right now it's decorated for the Pittsburgh

Penguins. I was going to do a split helmet, half Penguins and half

Red Wings, and put " mommy's team " and " daddy's team " on it for the

Stanley Cup Final (which I think would have been SO cool), but the

darn Red Wings decals didn't arrive until just today, and I didn't

want to wait any longer (it's already game 3 and he's getting a new

helmet on Monday), so it's just Penguins for now. If we lose, part

of my bet with my husband is that I'll paint Jake's new band all Red

Wings, but I'm hoping that doesn't happen! (woo hoo, we won tonight!)

I'm so glad the Pistons don't wear helmets!
