Guest guest
Ranee, I copied the form from the Internet and gave my doctor the part that said physical examination and he filled in all that. I myself went through and addressed all the topics in the history and completed it. It took a long time to do but since I had only been seeing my PCP for 11 years there were something's I did not discuss with him and he would not have been able to give complete information. Guest guest
hi cherie I see the surgeon tomorrow, they chose Dr. for me. I didn't request anyone in particular, i just knew that I wanted it as soon as possible. I chose the open procedure for that reason as well. The whole thing has been rather quick. I was able to have everything done. I was told at the seminar that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get an appointment with the surgeon but it has not. The patient coordinator, Amiee, has been great in taking care of everything and scheduling everything for me. they consider " out of town " two hours away. I live in Calimesa, work in Riverside, so I am staying down there. I don't know if it is a week total, or a week after you get out of the hospital. I didn't have a date to have it done by, by the insurance company. They did, however, approve the surgery, before they approved the consultation for the surgery. Do you have a date? how far along on you with Pacific Bariatric? -- APPROVED > > > Hi all... I have been reading all the post for some time now.
