Hi ,

I'm so happy to hear the Lema oil helped a. I feel so bad she

coughed up blood. Last week I wrote a note to on Crataegus about

his recent blood episode. Maybe some of that info will help a.

I've only had time to skim posts lately. School resumed Sept. 2 and

I'm teaching P.E. so I'm exhausted. I've been teaching 33 classes

every day *outdoors* in 80-degree temps with 531 students ages 3 to

14. Yikes, no wonder I'm exhausted! But I have a great tan (and I lost

6 pounds and my sanity in two weeks!).

Yesterday I came home and napped for an hour, then went to bed at

8:00, woke up when called at 9:30, then went back to sleep at

10:00 and slept until just before the alarm went off at 5:15 this

morning! I don't even remember what and I talked about!

I hope a feels very well very soon!
