I buy organic,free reange eggs but have just noticed it says fed a mix of organic grains & orgainc pasture. Jack loves eggs & is always asking for them. If you want to look for these online, use the word " pastured " or " free range " in the search bar. Sites like eatwild.com may help you find farms that do this either near you or w/in feasible shipping distance. We get some of our meat from Slankers (in Tx), and they also coordinate pastured egg supply (in season). As far as 'legality' goes, comsidering what's available in most stores is not 100% free-range ANYthing, I would hazard a guess that it would be more of a preference due to nutritional criteria rather than a " legal " aspect.
