Like you said though you still have the aches and pains of the other places but at least you can walk with out too much pain! Lots of love Glenda My knees (its both of them) are doing brilliantly! Iam having very little pain in either of them, now. Iwould certainly recommend anyone with painful knees totalk to their doctors about this option. I am alreadyexercising more again.
