Thanks Carol,

So you do take antibiotics, if necessary. I'm still eating small

(very small) amounts of yogurt. Before this problem I eat lots of

yogurt whenever I took Keflex or any other antibiotic. I'm just

hoping that I'll be able to eat more if the occasion arises and I

must take an antibiotic in the future.

Ronnie, ever thought of seeing a classical homeopath?, I swear by it, and try

my hardest not to do antibiotics, my boys have never taken antib. always

sorted illnesses out with homeopathy, you do need to search out a reputable

practitioner though, best wishes, Josie
