We are going to start tomatoes soon and I have a question. The Contadina brand tomato paste just has tomatoes listed on the ingredients. Is this ok to use canned paste or am I about to embark on a voyage of cooking 1,000 tomatoes ?? (page 94 in BTVC) Some people use canned tomatoes after checking with the company that nothing has been added. Carol F.
