Guest guest
I made almond milk yesterday and it was surprisingly easy. I like my kids seem to like it to so far. I'd love to give it to them every day for breakfast. Although I think I'll be making it every other day.... Questions: When you make this almond milk, does the calcium stay in the left over nut four or does it go into the milk or both? We are mostly all organic. We can buy almonds at Cosco(non-organic) MUCH cheaper. Does anyone know if almonds would have many cheimcals on them anyways? Do you think it would be safe to purchase the conventional ones? Can you use non-blanched almonds to make the almond milk? Now..has anyone made coconut milk? How'd that turn out? Thanks!
