Guest guest
I'm not sure what scd legal nuts are. I know that BTVC says not to purchase mixed nuts because they'll have added starches and stuff. I always buy shelled nuts in the produce section of the grocery store. You should be able to get that at Lowe's Foods with no problem. Perhaps you're wanting to buy something in bulk? I can also recommend Diamond Organics as an awesome mail order organic foods company. Check out their web site at www.diamondorganics.com I hope this helps.
