Guest guest
Thanks for responding.I understand that there is a case with the employer, what I don't get is... how can the ins co's get away with offering a product that is so blatantly disciminatory.Could they sell a policy that allows exclusion of i.e. sickle cell treatment, aids treatment etc.?Are you saying the ins co's are allowed to write whatever they want in a policy, but it is up to the employer to not subscribe to it?Thanks, for responding,my email is on a delayed delivery today.Pardon me for having so many questions,it seems so unjust.BTW your site is fantastic,I especially like the music.Oh and what happened to Dave and who is Al? It is a contract with negotiated terms. They do not dicate the terms.
