Other SCD Pals may not be able to answer your request either because of

aol.com not letting people in even if you have them on your contact list

You may have to use your phone book to call them instead there in MD.

This is the best that I know how to do this to get you help in MD. Could you

get a yahoo.com address, just an idea for those in MD to be able to help with

the SCD foods, stores, etc.?
