Guest guest
Yes, I am going to have to modify Phase 1 and 2, because my little boy has lost a pound in the last 3 days. Guest guest
" because my little boy has lost a pound in the last 3 days. " In general weight loss occurs when someone takes in fewer calories than needed per day. So, my first suggestion is to use fitday.com and figure out how many calories he is GETTING right now. Then use the link from the links section to determine how many calories per day he NEEDS. Compare the two. My guess is that you'll find that he is not GETTING as many calories as he NEEDS. Adding foods that are too difficult for him to digest will not put weight back on him, but feeding him enough of the food he can digest will help.
