He is taking 2 products from " New Beginnings " Probiotic Support Formula Other ingredients: Natural vegetable capsule Culturelle with Lactobacillus GG Inulin 245mg Lactobacillus GG 30 billion cells Casein less than .01mg Whey less than .01mg Vegetarian capsule 75mg Are these ok on the SCD? Sorry, but neither of these are legal. There are some legal bacterial probiotics listed at http://pecanbread.com/probiotics.html#brands If you are looking for a legal S. boulardii supplement kirkman's makes a plain legal one. There are others but you'd have to check on the ingredients.
