But actually, I'm not as concerned about that as I am about the " format " of the video tape. In the US (and Canada), the standard video format is something called " NTSC " (National Television Standard Code), and that is the only format we are able to provide at this time. My understanding is that the standard video format in most of Europe is " PAL " (Phase Alternate Line). Video tape players generally only can play back one format or the other - and unless you know you have access to an NTSC video player, I'm not sure you would be able to view it.
