Hey, Bernie , is it OK with you if I give your appeal letter to the folks who

are asking for it? It is actually my " edition " of your letter. I will not give

it out if you don't want me to. Since I wrote about it on e-groups several

pre-op-ers would like to see it, too! By the way my friend is a health benefits

attorney and the only thing she said she'd change was to use the word need

instead of want. So, you did very ,very well, you woman!! Let me know...Tami

~P.S. My PCP said it was fantastic and he would be absolutely shocked if I was

denied again!!
