Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 I'm in the middle of making homemade ketchup on my crockpot. SOOO tired -- must go to sleep, but it's not quite done yet. It needs a few more hours of cooking, but leaving the crockpot on all night will be just too much. Is there any problem with refrigerating it overnight and then cooking it a few more hours tomorrow morning? (Sort of like it's a no-no to let frozen meat thaw and then re-freeze.
