My girls started using Shaklee vitamins right away and we never had problems with weight then I decide to try a cheaper brand and it didn't work as well and they were not putting weight on as soon as we started back on the shaklee they were gaining weight again. This is just my personally opinion I really think you get what you pay for when it comes to vitamins. Deb A

Guest guest
All I drink that's carbonated is sugar-free soda. I would definitely gain weight on beer or sugared sodas, not to mention they would jump-start two of my addictions. I must admit, I still do caffeine, but I can't go anywhere near sugar, and have to be very careful with fruit. I do agree, though we all have our own demons, we just have to know what they are.
