Also is she getting enough of the legal carbohydrates? She may need

to eat more to fuel the changes in her body and the healing process

(it burns a lot of calories)

Thanks Sheila for the " welcome " and the advice. I hadn't thought that

she might need more calories. But it makes sense. I'm glad to be here.
