Guest guest
Good Day Everyone, Just a quick question for all about Hiatal Hernia. I noticed that in Sandy's last post she mentioned having one.....Could this condition be related or caused by pancreatitis. I was just diagnosed last week with having one. Warmest wishes
Guest guest
Hi all, Yep, I got one too. I wonder if it might be caused by violent vomiting at some stage of Chronic Panc. Like a muscle strain. Also, I think I've read that there's not much one can do about it. Yes, there are operations but they have complications and are not very effective. But, then again, what do I know. Best Wishes to all Poncho - GA
Guest guest
Putting my hand up...I too have a hiatal hernia..asked the GI if this could be cause of some of my hard hitting but leaving me fast pain, and he said no..tried telling me they are virtually symptomless...I'm not that stupid..would have been born that way if it was meant to not give symptoms, but did confirm with others who had it that it was sensitive to cold drinks, carbonated drinks, some foods, and larger than normal capsules..
