Em,

Sorry I somehow missed this post. I think you could go ahead with those

sweets.... in small amounts, of course. Except that I'm not exactly sure what

you mean by this one:

<<the ice cream in cooking to heal to little tummies - made with raw eggs - >>

Are you talking about the White Bean Ice Cream in BTVC? If so, I think it's far

too soon for the beans. The only other ice cream I see in the BTVC recipe

section is one made with just yogurt and frozen fruit.

The recipe book " Cooking to Heal Little Tummies " is out of print.

Preparations are underway for a new printing. When the books become

available they will be offered at SCDdiet.com.
