What are some names and brands of legal goat's cheese? Where do you buy it? Does

it have to be hard. Is any of the soft goat's cheese legal (like what you see in

salads)?

Thanks

We use Mt. Sterling cheese- cheddar and gouda from the HFS.

The same types of goat cheeses as cow cheeses are allowed. Check the

appendix at the end of BTVC or go to Elaine's website.

And sorry to say, but the soft cheeses that you are referring to are

not allowed.

Sognon goat Brie from France is very delicious. Sometimes at Whole

Foods and at some gourmet shops.
