Guest guest Posted June 17, 2006 Report Share Posted June 17, 2006 I have two pigs heads, that have been sitting in my freezer since I received my pig, they are cleaned by the butcher, anyone have any experience cooking with one or any tips? I did a google search, but would like to hear any personal recipes or experience, as I hear they can turn quite rubbery if not cooked just right. Thanks!
