Guest guest Posted February 15, 2002 Report Share Posted February 15, 2002 Carol, yes you are right about the core exercises these are most important, and as you say, you can do exercises sitting down to strengthen your muscles before you start doing anything else. Oh, isn't this exciting! An an extra point for those unfortunate enough to have diabetes also, even 5-10 minutes can help get your sugar levels down, and a weight loss of maybe five to ten pounds weight loss can help your general sugar control.
