I thought I would continue on a new thread so as to not confuse things.

As I was saying Kai started with 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of walnut yogurt 2 weeks

ago. He had a delayed slight reaction (I think) in that he became a bit more

agitated. After a week I decided to try the goat yogurt (same amount) and

the reaction was much more severe with sinus and coughing problems, severe

behavioral problems, echolalia, and loss of some eye contact. We increased

to about 1 teaspoon. We haven't seen any gains besides maybe better BMs (but

that was more for my daughter who is also trying the yogurt). It has now

been a week on the goat yogurt.a little longer. I would say it has been a

total of 17 days on yogurt (7 on nut and 10 on goat). He skipped yesterday

because we were camping and I lowered the amount this morning to a few

drips.

Could he be reacting to the dairy? Can die-off really last more than 17

days? Shouldn't we be seeing positive results by now? Btw, this would be our

2nd attempt at any sort of probiotics. I tried them last year for about 4-5

days and stopped (bad time and reaction was difficult).

The thing that concerns me the most is that the reaction seems to be getting

worse. The echolalia and spacey-ness is concerning to me too since I would

think wouldn't increase with use.

Thanks in advance.
