OK. Here it is. I hope you like it. Sometimes I add a little more lime

juice. It's great with beef or chicken. I also sometimes add more cumin.

It just depends on if I'm wanting it extra flavorful. Enjoy.

4 cloves garlic mashed into a paste with 1tsp. salt

1/4 cup lime juice

1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 lbs. beef or chicken cut into strips

Combine all ingredients, and pour over meat. Marinate at least 6 hours.

Grill.
