LOL, Liz. I agree. I'm sure doing some exercise would help ALL my aches and pains. I guess I will be starting soon. :(

Do you notice your hands and feet swelling when you do ANY kind of exercise? I have a real problem with that, and don't know what causes it. Thanks for the response.

, I do tend to get swollen feet and hands, but

more if I am just upright for long periods, My mum

used to get this too. But I find that when I get into

a good routine of exercise it is less of a problem,

when I feel it in my hands (they start to throb,

almost) I wave them around in the air, and

occasionally I lie down with feet above the head. My

doc doesn't think it is anything too serious. I don't

know if that herlps you atall! Love Liz
