Hey guys, I got this from Dr. R today but don't know why. Is this something

that gets sent out after a certain period of time automatically? I got

paranoid and thought..gee I hope I didn't say anything to make him think I

didn't think this was the greatest surgery because from all accounts I

definitely do!! And can't wait for my turn! If anyone knows let me know!

Thanks!
