Guest guest
KERI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO VERY HAPPY FOR YOU AND YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe me when I tell you I understand your excitement and the fact of how busy life certainly can be. There is truly no need to apologize. I am just so very happy to finally know how you are. Especially when after going through what you and your family have it truly is a miracle. I smile as I sit here writing to you and I wanted to share with the others here my joy, for without Karyn, this site, and all who are a part of it, I am not sure where we would be today. I wanted to share with you all too that my family and I just returned from our long awaited truly over due trip to Disney. As you all might not know this is where this beast reared its ugly head as I refer to PAINcreatitis. Although my son Brandan lives with what is believed to be nerve damage, he is so very much better than he was before his surgery. Our dream of Disney did finally come true, we smiled more that week than I have seen in four years. BUT I must tell you all for the first time my son rode a rollercoaster and he is now the rollercoaster champion of the world...LOL. IT WAS AMAZING to see him smile, a smile I have not seen in many years. Brandan also turned 18 while we were in FL. and it is a birthday that I know for certain he will never forget. We had so much fun we are thinking of going back again with friends in November. For Brandan as I have said in the past this surgery was his second chance. As always we continue to take things " ONEDAY " at a time. SO HAPPY KERI to see you back! Keep in touch. As always keeping you and yours in our thoughts and prayers...Keep smiling (cuz sometimes its all one can do!)TTFN.. : ) Peg " It truly is amazing how one person can make a difference. Peg, I am glad you finally got your family vacation. I bet you all had a blast! You should know what an incredible inspiration you are. You gave me incredible comfort preceeding my surgery. Your trust and faith in Dr Sutherland allowed me to relax a little and not be as worried. He is certainly being guided by a higher power, as anyone working miracles must be. I hope continues to feel even better as time goes by. I feel so lucky and blessed. Make sure he knows his brave pioneering efforts, allowed me to have the surgery and a new life; and my two girls finally have a whole mommy. With deepest appreciation, Keri
