This is the attorney that is representing me. Please see my post to Tammy.

I'm not happy with his representation thus far. He kept telling me that nearly

everyone is turned down on all their appeals, and to not worry about that, and

that it was usually the hearing where the case is turned around. I've seen too

many others that DID get it in the first application or first appeal process

though, so I expected him to at least TRY to get it before it went before a

judge, but it doesn't look like he tried too hard. Meanwhile, time goes

creeping by, and I am sitting in anticipation the whole time, spending money I

don't have, because I can't work, on medications I have to have!
