Guest guest
Someone complained about the taste of Meyenberg being goaty. I made one quart of goat yogurt using Meyenburg and two quarts using organic non-homogenized cows milk from Trader Joe's at the same time. The goat yogurt, as expected, was much more runny. I put all of the goat yogurt in a cloth over a sieve, and half of the cow yogurt in a colander lined with cheesecloth. The resulting goat " cheese " reminded me of chevre (goat cheese) which we like, so no complaints here. Lorilyn, 10 days into attempt #2 of scd Meyenberg goat yogurt brand - is this OK? Seems to be readily available - wondering if this is ok to use. http://www.meyenberg.com/<http://www.meyenberg.com/>
