It don't think it is too early for honey but it is much too early for almond

flour. Are you eating bananas? There is a recipe for banana pancakes with

eggs and banana. It is on page 124 of BTVC (10th edition 2004). Basically,

one mashed banana, one egg and butter for frying. Beat ingredients

together. Drop on a greased pan and brown over medium heat. Turn and brown

other side. Serve with hot honey.

i am having similiar questions about veggies etc... My son does not have

diarrhea

either, and is really wanting more foods than is allowable in phase 1. I am

thinking

about introducing almond flour, but I would need to include honey to make

our

yummy pancakes again. Is it too early for honey? We are day 3.
