Jim, you give Jonnie a BIG hug for me. It's people like her who make the

difference in this world. She has brought about awareness of RP that some of

us are still trying to do. Please tell her thank you from the bottom of my

heart. How lucky you are to have a wonderful family like that.

Just wanted to share with the group.

Good Morning ,

   This is Jim Haight. I know it has been a long time. I just can't keep up

with all the mail, and I know I have missed a lot of what is happening.

   Last month my niece wrote a report on Polychondritis for a class project.

She had talked to me and I had given her some info, and I gave her some web

sites that she could try for more information.  

   My sister told me that she had contacted a person who also had RP and that

this lady was so sweet and wonderfull and how much she helped Jonnie with her

report.

   Last night I called my sister to wish her a happy birthday and Jonnie (my

niece)answered the phone. I congratulated her for receiveing 110% on her

report.(110% ? bonus points)I asked Jonnie for the name of the lady who had

helped her so much. What a wonderfull surprise for me !!! SUSAN WOODS. What a

small world. My niece from Pa had found my first and most special RP contact.

   , I want to thank you for helping Jonnie, and for reminding me of just

how wonderfull you really are.
