Guest guest
hi, first for me to post. i don't get time to go on email a lot. have a 3 1/2 yr old, who keeps me busy. my friend on this list says she can get 100 emails a day. too overwhelming for me. i may not get to read most* of the emails i will get sent, maybe in the " subject " line you can put " I'VE BEEN THERE " , if you have been through some exact same things as me, then i know i can try to read some. here goes: i've had a colonoscopy & been told that there was " chronic inflammatory cells " in my intestines. gastro doc.said it may be from advil & aspirin. after stopping them for months, i know diet makes a big difference for me. * also have bad arthritis pain. i started eating 75% or so like btvc, but still had some bread, potatoes, etc. made lots of zucc muffins & between eating them, more meats, eggs, butter, i sensed that my cholesterol might go up. checked a total cholesterol today, it was 228!! it was never so high. usually low, even too low 127 in Oct.05. ******** i finally started intro scd 4 days ago. not sure what to do? adding foods 1 at a time, for 2 days won't give me enough Non- cholesterol food. do some people start right in & eat plenty of veggies/fruits right away, in some cases??????????? i only have had 2 almost normal formed bms in the morn.last 3 days. ** saw results already, in that, there was no undigested food in b.m. *** i'm on no meds. never been, for intest.disease. ** horrible low blood sugar, for yrs. *last 4days on scd even worse. **have had low blood pressure 100/36 ] * anyone out there with all or most of these problems?? please, only you email, not others w/o these symptoms. thank you

Set your membership prefernces to " no email " . You can scan the Yahoo site subject of messages and just read the ones that interest you. Carol F.
