Could you please share if you have a good granola recipe? >> Janet, For a crunchy cereal alternative. Just bake regular SCD muffins... with the nut flour of your choice. Once they're cool, break them into large-ish, crumb-sized bits (does that make sense? I'm SOOO tired tonight!)... and toast them in a toaster oven, or under an oven broiler for just a minute or so (watch closely so they just crisp up... but don't brown too much).
