Hi all,

Thank you for your support so far. I am going on a cruise to Alaska in

a few weeks. I probably should have decided to start the diet after,

but last time on a cruise I got extremely ill three times so I figured

that now is as good a time as any other.

I will be bringing snacks such as almond crackers and SCD cookies, a

jar of almond butter and a couple of small cans of salmon. Any other

suggestions? I let the cruise line know that I would need to be dairy

and gluten free. I guess I can ask for boiled eggs in the morning and

bring muffins and ask that my meats be broiled and just ask for a

double portion of veggies for dinner.
