Thanks guys!! > Love, > Holly Holly, I think the bottom line is your PCP needs to do whatever he/she thinks is necessary to make sure you are surgery-ready. That can INCLUDE those types of tests, but doesn't have to. The tests you have to have within 30 days is an EKG, CBC and basic chemistry profile. Mammogram if your DR. thinks its necessary. Blood work and an EKG within 30 days of your surgery date. I think that's right, someone correct me if I'm wrong. No echo unless your Dr. feels a need for it.
