Cranial Vault Asymmetry Index (CVAI) is the percentage difference in plagio,

(100%-(US1/US2)). I believe that Cranial Vault Asymmetry is the difference

in plagio - US1-US2.

What is " Cranial Vault Asymmetry " ? Is that the same as " Cranial Vault

Asymmetry Index " or they are different things?
