I hope I'm not butting in, but I'd like to add my two cents.

is soooo right. I would add: send it 'return receipt requested' that

way the USPO will return a receipt with the signature of the person who

signed for it to you

Just because you sent it doesn't mean they received all of it. What if the

package was damaged in transit?

Just because you sent it in doesn't mean they didn't loose something after

they received it. Stuff gets discarded, obliterated and misfiled every day.

Good idea to number all the pages you send 1 of 27; 2 of 27, etc. Upon

receipt you can ask them to count all the pages. Put an index at the front

of what you send; the index should be the list of what they require, next to

that item put the page number so they can easily locate it in the packet.

Make certain they're not playing a 'semantic game' with you. To them does

obesity mean 'obesity' or does it mean 'morbid obesity.'

Make sure you get all the denials in writing.
