SCD on the go

Ok, life being as it is, I'd love it if someone could help me think

through doing SCD on the go (as much as is humanly possible). I will

be BUSY in the fall. I will be back in nursing school 3 days a week,

son will be in high school, and little guy will be in kindergarten

as well as a full ABA schedule. Just things we can't avoid. Our

schedules will be kooky and I'm SO worried that all the progress

we've made will get shot to heck by being on the run a lot. We will

have our weekends free, although there is soccer, but we can't just

neglect our older son either.

I'm thinking lots of soups, lots of baked goods in the freezer, lots

of hamburger patties pre-formed, perhaps even chicken breasts pre-

cooked. Lots of nuts and granola made up. Lots of yogurt (w/ a

larger machine ..we already need one). Getting to the store will be

easy, so I can keep lots of fruit on hand.

I just need more suggestions. . . somehow to make this doable and to

make it easy also for our ABA therapists to make him something when

he comes home from school a couple days a week and I'm not here. I

guess I'll have to train them in where everythng is, what to give,

not to give to eat.

Any other suggestions appreciated! I will really need a housekeeper,

I know that ... someone just to do the dishes for me once in a

while!!

Perhaps I can even ask for some volunteers ..I'm at that point. I

haven't even though about study time... very scary.
