Guest guest
Leah, Pecan flour is more digestible for some people and it is very rich. That's where our list got its name. You can substitute it in the same amount for almond flour and also use cashew and hazelnut flours ( neither of which I have tried yet). Earlier today I praised the Pecan flour particularly for the basic SCD muffins (page 122 edition 10 BTVC) or Deanna's Midas Gold Waffles (page 125) Nut butter also works as it's just nuts that have been processed beyond the flour or " meal " stage.
