They could not find my packet. She seemed upset that I had not sent it Fedex and gotten a tracking number. I felt horrible. I sent mine by Express mail overnight and it should have been there. I didn't remember reading anything about this here or on the website. I went back to the website and looked and searched for fedex and patient packets. I couldn't find anything. So if you haven't sent your packet yet - take heed - and do the fedex with tracking number thing. Also, Dr. R., this would be good to put on the website now and I am sure would save your office a lot of phone calls. You could even put a direct link to the fedex website so patients could check their tracking number. Hope this helps someone else and praying that my packet shows up. Laurie >> Hi Laurie, Packages that are sent Express Overnight are also trackable. They are guaranteed by 3:00 pm, though, so is it possible that it could still be on time? If not, call the PO and they will track it ASAP. I sent Chris' package Airborne and mine Express Overnight. I sent insurance appeals a variety of ways-- return receipt requested, and also the 2 ways above. Don't panic yet! Guest guest
Another thing to consider is making copies of EVERYTHING!! I did before I dared to mail it, it was too much of my blood, sweat and tears to send it with out a backup! Mine obviously got there as I'm a postie but I still have my backup copy and it's in my diary of " From Fat to Thin " !
