<< Hi,

I called the office this morning to see if my packet had arrived and

to try to get a tentative date. They could not find my packet. She

seemed upset that I had not sent it Fedex and gotten a tracking

number. I felt horrible. I sent mine by Express mail overnight and

it should have been there. I didn't remember reading anything about

this here or on the website. I went back to the website and looked

and searched for fedex and patient packets. I couldn't find

anything. So if you haven't sent your packet yet - take heed - and

do the fedex with tracking number thing.

Also, Dr. R., this would be good to put on the website now and I am

sure would save your office a lot of phone calls. You could even put

a direct link to the fedex website so patients could check their

tracking number.

Hope this helps someone else and praying that my packet shows up.

Hi Laurie,

Packages that are sent Express Overnight are also trackable. They are

guaranteed by 3:00 pm, though, so is it possible that it could still be on

time? If not, call the PO and they will track it ASAP. I sent Chris'

package Airborne and mine Express Overnight. I sent insurance appeals a

variety of ways-- return receipt requested, and also the 2 ways above.

Don't panic yet!

Hi you Guys: Drema sent hers Express Mail and it was misdirected..said so in

the puter...and

we were short timing it between packet and surgery. It got there in 48 hours.

Dr. R looked at

it and approved it right away. Relax. Don't panic yet.

Another thing to consider is making copies of EVERYTHING!! I did before I

dared to mail it, it was too much of my blood, sweat and tears to send it

with out a backup! Mine obviously got there as I'm a postie but I still

have my backup copy and it's in my diary of " From Fat to Thin " !
