Heidi, I just checking my messages at last. I'm so sorry to hear about Don. You take care, too, my Sweet. He's so fortunate to have you. I am too. My prayers and tho'ts are with you.

Up date on Don

Well it's me again. Don's primary Dr. gave him

a Antibiotic by the name of " BIAXIN 500mg "

He also is to take some Sudafed with it every 12 hours. Ok tomorrow morning Don will take 10 mg of prednison for a few days then cut down to 5 mg for a few days then back to 3 mg and stay there for a long time.If he is not better by in the morning he will go to his Rheumy Dr. tomorrow also. Right now he is sleeping again. wow that is not him !!!! I

just hope and pray the sleep will help him also. Dam RP !!! Sorry I am a wimp !!! I just

don't handle RP real well. Ok I hush for now and will holler at you all later maybe.

Hi Heidi,

I am so sorry to hear that Don is not doing good. I guess we bragged

on him to soon the other night. Are you sure that you were knocking

on wood? HAHA It was so good to talk to you, now I feel like an

official member. I can't wait to meet each one of you in person.

One thing I dont understand is why my Dr. took me off predisone all

together when I got down to 10mg for just one week. I am seeing the

Dr. who Dr. Trentham recommended to Kim so you would think he knows

what he is doing. Oh well now that I am having problems again I will

just have to trust him I guess. Give Don a big TEXAS hug from me and

I will pray that the old RP goes back to sleep. Hugs and Prayers

Heidi, You know my thoughts and prayers are always with you and Don.

Whatever would we do without you both. I hoping that it is just a sinus

infection and not a flare. He is doing too good to flare now. Maybe you

aren't feeding him enough Peanut Butter... (I ducked so you missed me when

you tried to hit me) LOL

Give him lots of hugs and you two just stay down and both rest. I think you

both need it.

I think you handle things VERY well. If I've learned nothing else, with this darn RP, I truly have learned that you have to stand up for yourself. Only problem is that often we are just to ill, to fight the fight!

Don is blessed to have you on his team. Don't you change even one little part of YOU! That includes, sharing your days with us, and keep us posted!
