I don't have stairs, but if I think of YOU looking at your stairs, will that count as exercise for me?? LOL Actually, I can't tease you about your "dives." I was going outside to play soccer with my grandsons yesterday and took a dive down my daughter's back steps. Landed on the concrete and now have beautiful red scrapes on both hands and knees. Felt like a total fool, but had to lay there for awhile to get my bearings. Of course, my grandsons immediately ran in the house and got Papa and my daughter. They rushed out and when I opened my eyes there were 4 sets of eyes staring down at me. I felt like a specimen! Hope you are doing better. I won't tell if you don't exercise. LOL Love you, T.
