Oh , I am in no way offended - and I am sure

Pam and Bev are not, either!

My knees (its both of them) are doing brilliantly! I

am having very little pain in either of them, now. I

would certainly recommend anyone with painful knees to

talk to their doctors about this option. I am already

exercising more again. The trouble is the benefits

dont extend to my ankles, hands, back or hips!!! Stop

moaning, Lizzie!

I have to say the weather in S California is just

gorgeous, practically perfect. Its in the upper 70's

low 80's Fahrenheit. We are enjoying it as we will be

leaving soon, at the end of the month. Paris will be

cold, but we will only stop one night, then back to

Saudi, but I don't know whether it will be Riyadh or

Jeddah.

Tyson the pomeranian (for anyone interested) has had

his left leg pinned at the top and bottom, and is

doing very well. He is stretching it and beiginning to

put his weight on it!
