Guest guest
Certainly is a small world isn't it! I don't know Hugo Chan but the guy I am talking about is Tang. When I had him, I think I remember him saying his wife was pregnant and in Singapore? He was wonderful! I remember the old short stay place. The only one I ever stayed in. The last time I was there they changed their policy and I didn't have to stay overnight. I do remember the short stay unit being kind of a " make shift " place maybe? There were no windows in the rooms and I think the shower was down the hall. I usually wound up staying two nights. I remember a couple nurses but not their names. One was a lady who I think was getting ready to retire. She was so nice to me. She would always bring coffee when she was getting a cup. The other nurse had long dark hair and kept it in a pony tail but high up like " I dream of Jeanie. " I can't remember anymore. I just remember I didn't like the no window part. I bet you took care of me sometime between 97 and 00! How funny! If I saw your picture I might remember. I am sure MUSC has its problems like all places. But as for pancreas care, to me it would not matter how far I had to travel to get there! I don't remember Dr. Schindler. I remember a nurse in the DDC who got me ready for the ERCP named Colleen and an older nurse I can't remember her name. Again, small wonderful world!
