Immigration to Australia

A few years ago a UK surgeon (Heart I think) got knocked back initially

as his daughter has CF. The medical board convinced the government that

the doctor would do more good for our society than the health bills due

to a cf child.

The government that is in at the moment is being really dreadful to some

refugees.

Here in Hobart a 17 yr old girl from El Salvador came on a holiday visa

to live with her sister and grandmother (both had residency visas). This

girl was 14 at the time. Her mother had died and she had been subject to

being kidnapped to be used as a drug courier. The government is trying

to send her back to who knows what??? The community here is trying to

keep hard to keep her here.

My advice is to look into it carefully, maybe if the govt changes soon

there maybe a change of immigration policy.
