Thank you for the prayers

First I would like to officially say hello to all of you, I have been

reading the posts for a couple of weeks and find them to be very

encouraging, I have filled out the online form and am working on my

package.

I want to thank all of you for you prayers during my recent car

wreck. I was pretty banged up and got a concussion but thank God, I

am alive and will recover. I am still waiting to hear from DR. R if

the concussion will cause any delay for my surgery, when it is

approved.

I just want to tell all of you what a humiliating experience I went

thru with all of this and cant wait till I dont have to worry about

someone hurting themselves lifting me on to a stretcher or into the

ambulance. I dont believe the hospital did all they could for me on

the date I was rushed to the trauma unit by ambulance. I could see

the look on their faces at the thought of having to take me for

further tests or x-rays. As it was I had to be brought back to the

hospital by ambulance again last night to recheck my cat scan since

my blood pressure had gone up. Thank God it was negative.

It did my heart good to know that all of you, who are virtually

strangers put me in your prayers and I am grateful.

I am hoping to hear from my insurance company ASAP (which probably

wont be that quick) lol but anyway am looking forward to the day I

too can do the dance and cross over to the other side.

Thanks again to all of you and especially Trish, for whom without I

would not have know of this surgery.
